B&b curato in tutti i particolari il giardino è un sogno fortunati chi potrà fare la colazione su quei tavoli stanze belle spaziose ben arredate.... la villa si trova a Trastevere zona bella la notte non ce traffico che passa..silvio è davvero una brava persona competente sempre pronto per qualsiasi cosa ...noi a chi ci chiede dove dormire a Roma si risponde assolutamente Villa Matissa..

A lovely villa with an incredible garden in Trastevere. In a quiet neighborhood with beautiful villas, but close to everything. We had a room with a view of the garden , and I would highly recommend that. The room was very clean and comfortable. Silvio, the owner, was very helpful. Gave us great restaurant recommendations.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it here. It’s in a beautiful part of Trastevere just out of the busy part but an easy walk to most places even in the city centre. The villa has a beautiful garden & nice terrace to enjoy a drink. Silvio booked us great restaurants which he recommended and he is a fantastic host. Highly recommended

The title says it all - or nearly all … We stayed here for 8 days in a beautifully appointed room with tall ceilings and views into the shady, tranquil garden. Totally comfortable bed, large bathroom, plenty of hangars in a painted wardrobe. The young lady who cared for our room did a great job. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge - in fact everything we could need. Café Glorioso - a minute’s walk away - the best coffee we tasted in Rome and croissants of every imaginable style. Useful information on prices and reservations.

Deposit equal to 30% at reservation and payment in full upon arrival. Payments may be made using Bancomat, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer. Bank cheques are not accepted..

Cancellations can be made only via e-mail The down payment will be reimbursed if cancellation is notified not less than 5 days prior to the date set for arrival, minus bank transfer charges. After that date, there will be no reimbursement.
Upon arrival, each guest must produce a valid Identity Document for registration as prescribed by law. One can enter and leave the facilities without following any timetable. Our guests are provided with keys, which must be handed back at the moment of their departure.

CHECK IN: from 1.00 pm to 0.00 am
CHECK OUT: By 10.00 am on the day of departure

The property offers discounted parking at 150 meters. Paid service (25 € per day)

Animals are not allowed into our facilities;.
